Rationale:
Technique:
For the planning of the project, timebssoxing and prototyping were used so as to achieve the requirements through MoSCoW prioritization. Timeboxing and prototyping are the practices of DSDM and in the above WBS, the different phases such as Feasibility, Foundation, Exploration, Engineering and Deployment are future divided in various activities.
Duration:
In the WBS of the project, the duration of each timebox is fixed and is almost one month for each timebox. Each timebox is estimated to complete within the given deadline and completion of each timbox within deadline is another feature of DSDM.
