Surkhet, May 25 - Western University Surkhet writer has to give the title vidyavaridhiko Jorilal complimentary.
The Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the University of KP Sharma Oli, President of the Fifth Assembly adopted a resolution to give the title of writer Ghimire complimentary.
The University for the first time a person has decided to give the honorary title vidyavaridhiko.
